Avoid sugar

Sugar is a very dangerous compound and can lead you to gain too much weight all at once. If you haven’t been able to lose weight, maybe it’s because your diet still has a lot of sugar.

You will find that after you start avoiding sugar, you will stop wanting to eat sugary foods altogether. Also, your body will start becoming more and more active and you will feel like you have excess energy to spend.

Chew food more

How to Lose Weight one of the best thing to do is chew more. Listen to your grandpa’s advice of chewing food more. Eat your food slowly; there is no rush. Chew for around 7-10 seconds and then gulp it down. Don’t try to be hasty when eating food. The bigger the bites left in your mouth even after chewing, the harder it will be for the body to process that food into energy. And if that doesn’t happen, that food will eventually lead to increased weight.

Drink water, lots of it

Water is one of the main solvents behind many chemical reactions that occur in the human body. Water also helps keep your mouth and lips moist.

Water is available everywhere and it is recommended that the average human drink around 8 glasses of water every day.  If you can’t count that, be sure to drink water thirty minutes before, and thirty minutes after eating food. This will be around 6 glasses, considering you eat 3 meals a day.

Water will help you lose weight because it acts as a catalyst in some food to energy conversion reactions too.

Drink green tea

Green tea has been one of the most popular diet ingredients in the recent years. There are hundreds of studies that show that green tea helps your body digest food faster and lose weight. It is one of the most recommended thing to do to the question How to Lose Weight.

Eat home cooked food, which is unprocessed. Foods like green vegetables, fruits, and raw meat are unprocessed foods. Because you know all ingredients of the food you’re eating at home, you will be able to control your calories intake and make a better plan too.
